| Group Sessions are for those willing to be in a group and share experience so each participant can learn and teach from everyones experience. Nobody is required to speak, but to only listen and work silently on your own if you are not comfortable with speaking in a group.
Individual Sessions are an easier way to be more open and less self-conscious of outside influences. Family Sessions are for the full family to get in touch with each other as well as their own feelings. It is a safe environment of no judgement and mediated by a non-bias observer. |
